Just a reminder....our 4-H club has scales to weigh your market projects - contact and advisor to borrow them - and take some of the guessing work out of trying to get your animal to make weight!!!!!!

OHIO 4-H MEMBERSHIP AGE REQUIREMENTS NEW GUIDELINES FOR 2018 As recommended by the Ohio 4-H Program, the Ohio State University Extension Administrative Cabinet approved a change in the age requirements for 4-H Youth Development membership. The new guidelines are: Eligibility for 4-H membership begins when a child has reached age 5 and is enrolled in Kindergarten as of January 1 of the current year (Cloverbuds); membership to the 4-H club program begins when a child is at least age 8 and enrolled in 3rd grade as of January 1 of the current year. Ohio 4-H membership ends December 31 of the year in which an individual attains the age of 19. If you need further clarification of the new guidelines in order to enroll a member, please call the Extension office.
